Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of this website and to orders you place through it. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and our Returns page.

1. Who we are
This website is operated by EmuTree Group Pty Ltd (ABN 69 660 697 727) ("EmuTree", "we", "us"). You can contact us at support@warpdriven.com.au (customer service) or info@emutree.com (general enquiries).
2. Placing an order
Product pages are an invitation for you to make an offer to buy, not an offer to sell. When you place an order we send you an order confirmation email; that confirms we received your order and does not by itself mean we have accepted it. A contract between you and us is formed when we accept your order, which we do by dispatching the items or telling you in writing that we have accepted it. If we cannot accept an order, for example because an item is unavailable or a price was shown wrongly, we will tell you and refund anything you have paid.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). The total you pay, including any delivery charge and any applicable taxes, is shown at checkout before you confirm your order. The payment methods available are those shown at checkout.
4. Delivery
Orders ship direct from the maker. Italian fashion items ship direct from Italy by the Italian brand, and other items ship direct from mainland China. Delivery usually takes 7–10 business days. These times are estimates, not guarantees; we will tell you if there is a significant delay. See Returns for the same shipping information.
5. Returns and refunds

6. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
7. Your account
You can create an account with your email address and a password, or sign in with Google. Please give accurate details, keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close an account that is used unlawfully or in breach of these terms.
8. Using the site
Please use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with it, try to access it without permission, or copy its content by automated means.
9. Intellectual property
The content of this site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view it and print it for your own personal use, but you may not copy, reproduce or reuse it commercially without our written permission.
10. Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, and subject to section 6, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or from goods you buy, or for loss caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Where the law allows us to limit our liability for a breach of a consumer guarantee, our liability is limited to resupplying the goods or paying the cost of resupplying or repairing them.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales. This does not limit any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
